It was great to hear the catalogue includes the book covers. Always a huge factor in deciding whether to buy a book, and it's puzzling to me that covers seem to be getting more and more generic. In many cases, it's a missed opportunity. It'll be interesting to see which authors are taking full advantage of their cover as a marketing tool.
Love this idea. Kudos to them. Also to you for doing a digital spring cleaning. I deleted FB and Insta from my phone a few months ago, and it’s pretty amazing how I really don’t miss it or the constant feeling like my life is only good if I’m creating selfies and posting pics of charcuterie boards and/or what I’m doing every day. (Of course my Substack use has gone up, so I’m keeping an eye on that.)
Thank you for mentioning the increasingly toxic environment on Threads when it comes to publishing. I was starting to wonder if it was a problem with how I've been curating my feed!
It's really exciting to hear more stuff like this popping up onto Substack! I've also been building a Book Catalog as well, though it functions a bit differently than the one made in Canva. But wow, is this cool!
I love this idea! I also appreciate the time and energy it likely took to do this to support authors and readers alike. Bravo! 🙌🏽

I love this idea, I think I will do the same for Caribbean romance. Thank you for sharing
Great idea!
This is fantastic! Can't wait to share with our readers on The Empress!
I'm thrilled to hear about a Substack author book catalog!
What a great idea! Thanks for sharing this with your tribe. I love Ali and am currently reading her latest. Her lack of publicity didn't impact me.

Love this so much!! I’d love to do one for cookbooks in my free time. Ha!

I have! I posted it here in Notes.
Andi and Kirthana are so clever! The perfect model of talented writers and savvy businesspeople.
Terrific, thanks Kathleen!

Thank you for chatting with us and sharing the catalog! (I also enjoyed Sirens, btw!)
We just watched the first episode. It’s intriguing. Plus, I love anything cultish!
Hey! Here are two more Substackers with a book:

I'm not the one putting together the catalog!
Thank you for this news - it is uplifting! I hope to see you at the US Book Show!
