I subscribed, but it is acting like I did not. How can I get access? I am on the road right doing events and would like to be able to read the subscriber-only posts.
Can you send me an email at publishingconfidential@gmail.com with the email address you used to subscribe & the date you tried subscribing? Someone had a problem yesterday and it eventually worked but I’m not sure what’s going on.
Thank you for clearly saying that you need to make some content paid but plan on keeping some content free. For some of us it is not possible to subscribe at this time, though when I can I will. I have recently seen a few Substacks that offer free subscriptions but in reality all the content is for paid subscribers, which is sad and disingenuous. Like museums and libraries, there needs to be an opportunity for people who are poor to enjoy culture and share opinions, while still supporting their creators.
